We are looking for a tight team of independent sales contractors to introduce local businesses to Aimee—an AI receptionist that never sleeps. This is a flexible, remote opportunity where you control your schedule and your pipeline.

The Role

As an independent sales rep, you are the engine of our outreach. You will identify local businesses that struggle with missed calls and booking management, and introduce them to our platform.

Whether you prefer hitting the phones, walking into local shops, or building relationships online, you have the autonomy to sell the way that works best for you.

The Product

You will be representing a real, functional software solution. Aimee acts as a 24/7 front desk, capturing missed calls, answering customer queries, and booking appointments.

It solves an immediate, painful problem for small business owners, making the value proposition incredibly clear.

What you're selling: a connected, conditional path

📞 Eligible call answered → 📝 Details captured → 📲 Booking confirmed or pending → 🔧 Owner confirms work complete → 🧾 Follow-up; payment needs evidence → ⭐ Eligible review request

Aimee coordinates eligible steps; the owner controls booking, work and money commitments. A provider can fail or leave delivery pending, and the customer chooses whether and what to post. This is a map of conditional states, not a promise that every enquiry reaches every state.

Why the sales conversation is concrete

This is still a sales role: you will need to prospect, qualify, follow up, handle objections, and close. The useful part is that the problem is easy for business owners to recognise.

Missed calls are visible pain. Many local operators already know they lose enquiries when they are with a customer, on the road, after hours, or on the tools.
The demo is live. Prospects can talk to Aimee before they buy, so your pitch can move quickly from claim to proof.
The activation trial lowers friction. Suitable prospects can configure the web helper free, then use a $5 USD phone activation to test the product on real calls before the $200/month USD plan continues unless cancelled.

The Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. We believe in splitting the initial revenue fairly with the people who bring in the business.

Customers can configure the web helper free, then pay US$5 to activate live phones and start the 14-day, 10-job phone trial.
Phone activation is a US$5 14-day, 10-job trial. After it, the owner manually selects a capacity plan: Solo starts at US$200 every 30 days for up to 50 jobs; higher capacity and specialist agents are separate choices.
You earn a 50% commission on every post-trial payment Mango receives from an attributed client. The US$5 activation is excluded. A later refund is offset as a debit for the matching paid commission amount against future commission.
Commissions are paid according to verified monthly customer payments, not at free signup or phone activation. There is no guaranteed minimum income.

Your earnings are directly tied to your drive. Close a few deals a month for a solid side income, or build a robust pipeline to scale your earnings up.

You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged to hit your goals.
You are comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and handling B2B sales cycles.
You are resilient, highly motivated, and thrive in a pure performance-based environment.
You want hands-on experience selling B2B software in the rapidly expanding AI sector.
